Histology Lab Team Lead – Veterinary Diagnostics

Antech Diagnostics is seeking a Team Lead, Laboratory, Histology in Newmarket. You will provide operational, technical and people leadership across the main laboratory and Histology functions, guiding day-to-day operations and driving quality and continuous improvement.

You will lead Bioveterinary Scientists and Histology Technicians, coordinate staffing and training, and act as the escalation point for Histology matters while ensuring compliance with SOPs and QA/QC standards.
