Senior Night Care Lead — Residential Team Leader

Barchester is seeking a Residential Senior Carer for a care home. You will lead a team of care staff, deliver person-centred care, supervise shifts, and support with medication administration and resident care plans.

You will liaise with GPs and district nurses, engage with residents’ families, and support staff development through ongoing training. NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma is required; prior residential care leadership is essential.
