Deputy Service Manager – Mental Health Lead

Together UK in Guildford is seeking a Deputy Service Manager for Hopewell House, a 10-bed 24-hour supported housing service for adults with mental health needs. The role leads staff, manages risk, and supports residents on recovery journeys within a small team with full training provided.

The post requires experience in mental health, strong leadership, and the ability to coordinate care plans, use person-centred tools, and work across day and night shifts, including some evenings and weekends.
