Nursery Practitioner – Individualized Learning & Support

Aspire People is seeking an Early Years Practitioner to support nursery learners in a primary school setting in Brownhills. You will work closely with the class teacher to tailor activities suitable for nursery-age children and help nurture each student’s development.

Ideal candidates will have Level 2/3 Support Teaching or Learning and experience with nursery environments, plus strong empathy, communication, and patience to engage staff, pupils, and parents effectively.
