Residential Therapeutic Caregiver for Children

YMCA Robin Hood Group in Newark-on-Trent is seeking a Residential Therapeutic Care Worker to support children in our homes. You will help create a safe, valued home and assist with daily routines, activities and emotions, staying consistent and calm to build trust and progress.

The role requires access to a car due to location, is full-time and permanent, with regular long days, evenings, weekends and sleep-ins, and includes fully funded training and progression opportunities.
