Deputy Manager, Adult Services — Lead Care & Independence

Kisimul Group is seeking a Deputy Manager for our Adult Services in Kings Clipstone, Mansfield. You will support the Registered Manager and lead a dedicated team to deliver high-quality care for adults with complex needs, promoting independence and wellbeing.

In this role you will oversee care planning, staff supervision, and daily operation of the home, coordinating with other professionals to ensure safe, person-centred support and life-enhancing activities for residents.
