Radis Community Care is seeking a Team Leader for our Extra Care Service in England. You will supervise Support Workers, run team meetings, and mentor staff to ensure high standards of person-centred care in residents’ own homes within the extra care complex.
You will coordinate daily schedules, support with activities of daily living, and build strong relationships within the community while maintaining personalized care plans. DBS check is required.
