Community Health & Employment Coach

Shaw Trust is seeking a Neighbourhood Work and Health Coach in Essex to provide early intervention and health support to help individuals overcome barriers to employment.

You will manage a caseload, offering tailored one-to-one guidance and coordinate with health professionals and GP practices to support clients returning to work and improving wellbeing. This role is contingent on the successful award of the contract.
