Quantum Care’s Elm View Care Home in Bishop’s Stortford is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to join our hotel‑styled boutique 78‑bed residence. The role offers full‑time, 35 hours weekly with a shift pattern from 7.30am to 2.30pm or 2.30pm to 9.30pm, including weekends on alternate weeks.

You will lead a designated unit, review care plans, provide personal care and administer medication, while ensuring engaging activities for residents and upholding high standards of dignified care.
