Senior Care Team Leader – Dementia Care

HC-One is seeking a Care Team Leader to guide the care team in delivering person-centred care to residents in a warm, respectful environment. You will lead by example, ensure needs are met with kindness, and uphold high standards of quality, safety and communication within the home.

Ideal candidates have SVQ Level 3 in Adult Social Care and proven experience in elderly and dementia care, plus strong teamwork and integrity. Full-time on-site role with opportunities for development and benefits.
