Advantage Healthcare, part of CCH, seeks a compassionate Complex Care Assistant to support a client at home in Leighton Buzzard. You will assist with medical and social wellbeing, including tracheostomy and ventilation care, while building strong relationships.
No prior complex care experience is required; full Nurse-led training and ongoing clinical support are provided. A full UK driving licence is required to drive the client’s car to appointments and outings.
