Account Manager – Fire & Life Safety Services

Harmony Fire in London is seeking an Account Manager (Service) to own and grow a portfolio of named client accounts within the Service function. You will build long-term relationships with key stakeholders and drive retention, renewals and organic growth across fire safety and related services.

Working with sales and delivery teams, you will manage cross-sell opportunities, handle renewals, and ensure a seamless customer experience from handover to ongoing account management.
