Aftersales Executive: Service & Customer Care

LSH Auto is seeking an Aftersales Executive for Mercedes-Benz in the UK to deliver a smooth service journey from enquiry to completion. You will build trust, communicate clearly, and collaborate with customer-facing and workshop teams to maintain high service standards.

With 1–2 years in automotive aftersales or a related role, you’ll update customers on repair progress, coordinate bookings, and contribute to upselling service plans and parts. Hours are 45 per week.
