Requirements

• Previous experience as a Sous Chef in high-end or premium restaurants.
• Strong background in Mediterranean and Italian cuisine.
• Experience working in busy, high-volume kitchens.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to maintain high standards under pressure.
• Strong understanding of kitchen organisation, food quality and consistency.
• Professional, disciplined and hands-on approach.
