bartlett mitchell is seeking an experienced Chef Manager to oversee multi-site catering operations across the UK. You will lead kitchen teams, maintain food quality and client relations, and ensure seamless service from site to site.

In this relief role, you’ll manage budgets, drive GP, recruit and develop staff, and deliver innovative menus while upholding the highest hygiene and health-and-safety standards across all contracts.
