Head of Beverages – Multi-Brand Hospitality

BVC Hospitality is seeking a Beverage Manager to lead the drinks program across NAC, Crème, Le Café NAC and 74 Duke, with broader involvement in other brands. You will design menus for coffee, cocktails, wine and soft drinks, set group-wide standards and manage brand-costing across venues.

The role balances hands-on quality control with menu development, supplier negotiations with Procurement, and staff training. A hands-on approach to bar work is expected when needed across London venues.
