Eden Hotel Collection Limited’s Elan Spa at Mallory Court in Warwickshire is seeking a Spa Manager to lead day‑to‑day operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and warm, personal service.

You will manage around 20 colleagues across therapy, reception and pool, own the spa’s commercial performance, revenue, diary management, memberships, retail, payroll, stock control, budgets and forecasting, while fostering a collaborative, high‑performance culture.
