Lead Building Surveyor – Damp, Mould & Disrepair Expert

Vivid Resourcing Ltd is seeking an experienced Building Surveyor with significant damp, mould and disrepair experience to support our service delivery, including preparation for Awaab’s Law Phase 2. You will take a lead role in delivering services, manage complex cases, and undertake inspections with a focus on compliance and customer outcomes.

The role requires demonstrable experience in housing disrepair claims and the ability to prepare technical evidence.
