The Diabetes Nurse Specialist role at Surrey Downs Health and Care is based in Leatherhead, within Epsom and St Helier University Hospitals NHS Trust. You will work with the DSNs, dietitians and consultants to deliver advanced diabetes care across community and hospital settings.
