Customer-Centric Arts Venue Operations Lead

Shetland Arts Development Agency is seeking an Operations Manager to lead customer-facing teams and oversee Box Office, Front of House, Café Bar and Catering operations. You’ll work with the Director of Operations to ensure a welcoming, high-quality visitor experience across venues in Shetland.

The role focuses on people leadership, problem solving, and delivering exceptional service in a busy public-facing environment, with evenings and weekends required. PVG clearance is needed.
