Business Services Team Leader

A team leader role in a business services department, for someone who likes running a team as much as doing the work.

You’ll lead a small team preparing accounts, bookkeeping, management information and compliance for a portfolio of clients. That means reviewing their work, organising the workload, training and supporting people, and being a reliable contact for clients.

What they’re looking for:

• ACA, ACCA or AAT qualified, or strong qualified by experience
• Solid background in a practice business services or outsourcing team
• Some experience supervising or reviewing others’ work
• Organised and calm under deadlines
