Strategic B2B Growth Manager (Hybrid)

This Is Prime Limited is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join their sales team in a 50/50 role across account management and new business. The position is hybrid, with three days in the office and two days from home, and offers a base of £33,000 with uncapped commission that achieves £45K-£50K OTE.

You will manage existing B2B client portfolios, generate new opportunities, and lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, using CRM to prioritise and drive targets.
