BIM Specialist – Coordination & Model Health (Hybrid)

Hoare Lea in London is seeking a BIM Specialist to join the London BIM team and support production, coordination, and management of building services models. This hands-on role focuses on model performance, coordination quality, and delivering clear, reliable information.

You will own standard BIM activities, work with engineers and project teams to resolve issues early, produce clash reports, manage linked models, ACC activities, BEPs and CDE tasks, and explore automation with Python and Revit
