We’re seeking an experienced Team Manager to lead a team of Legal PAs for a key client, a highly-ranked commercial law firm.

What you’ll do:

• Lead and support a high‑performing PA team
• Build strong relationships with lawyers and stakeholders
• Drive exceptional administrative support and service delivery
• Coach, develop and grow your team
• Support recruitment, training & performance management
• Identify improvements and support business change initiatives

What we’re looking for:

• Previous experience in legal or professional services team leader role
• A supportive and fair leadership style
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Highly organized with great attention to detail

Hybrid working – 2-3 days in the office each week
