PIMCO is seeking a Junior Lawyer or experienced Paralegal to join the Alternative Business’ Legal Department in London. The role focuses on reviewing and negotiating NDAs, engagement letters, hold harmless and consultancy agreements, while supporting MNPI procedures.
You will collaborate with Portfolio Managers across the Alts business and external counsel to ensure compliance and efficient contract processes.
