Solicitor/Associate – Abuse Team at Keoghs

Keoghs is expanding its Abuse team in Glasgow and is seeking a Solicitor or Associate to advise on complex and sensitive personal injury claims. This full-time role offers hybrid working arrangements and focuses on pre-litigated and litigated abuse claims (“Defender side”).

Key Eligibility Criteria

• Qualified Solicitor or Associate
• Experience in sensitive and complex claims
• Experience with Sheriff Court appearances and instructing in the Court of Session
• Strong analytical and communication skills

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Manage a caseload of pre-litigated and litigated abuse claims
• Conduct forensic review and analysis of documents, liability, quantum, and causation
• Draft advice, court documents, and correspondence
• Prepare witness statements and instructions to experts and counsel
• Liaise with clients and conduct site visits
• Support Partners and contribute to business development through articles and events
• Stipend: Not specified (Standard market rate for Associate level)
