Stewardship & Sustainability Analyst – Hybrid

Wellington Management is seeking a Stewardship Analyst to join the Stewardship & Sustainable Investment team in London. You will support engagements with companies, inform proxy voting decisions, and advance governance research to deliver long-term value for clients.

Collaborating across investment professionals and platforms, you will help scale stewardship processes, maintain accurate engagement records, and contribute to reporting and RFI/RFP responses in a fast-paced environment.
