We’re looking for a Data and System improvement Analyst to join our Group Transformation Team., Location: Flexible on location – Travel to sites and offices as required Hours: 37.5 per week – 12 Months Fixed Term Contract – some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us.

What will you be responsible for?
- Developing an understanding of the Thrive system and collaborating to improve its capabilities
- Completing a transformation roadmap which identifies timelines and dependencies for the transformation journey
- Working with the wider data team to project manage transformation activities and identify quick wins
- Developing management reporting and dashboards to track sustainability metrics, coordinating feedback and maintaining PowerBI reports
- Continually improving data quality and controls across the business, tracking challenges and developing solutions with key stakeholders

You’re a competent and engaging communicator with proven experience of transferring knowledge and understanding to a range of audiences
- You have the ability to use a range of IT tools to collate data, produce reports and build BI dashboards
- You have experience in utilising and liaising with third party IT suppliers and integrating them into business operations
- You have a strong background in data management and IT transformations
- You have the ability to work independently, manage your own schedule and accommodate change, sometimes at short notice
