Delivery Recruitment Consultant – US Markets

The Role

As a Delivery Recruitment Consultant at Harrison Clarke, you will take ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle while working closely with innovative clients and exceptional candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including role scoping, talent mapping, candidate engagement, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and placement.
• Build and maintain high-quality, diverse talent pipelines across multiple industries using data-driven and creative sourcing strategies.
• Partner with clients and internal stakeholders to run debriefs, refine hiring strategies, and continuously improve delivery outcomes.
• Develop long-term relationships with both clients and candidates, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the hiring journey.

About You

• At least 2 years’ experience in recruitment or a sales-driven environment.
• Highly motivated, resilient, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth setting.
• Able to manage multiple priorities effectively while maintaining attention to detail.
• A strong communicator with natural relationship-building skills and intellectual curiosity.
• Proactive, adaptable, and driven by results.
