Senior Employee Relations Advisor — Hybrid Role

Carnival UK is seeking an Employee Relations Consultant to join the People and Legal team. You will own a portfolio of ER cases across shoreside and fleet operations, using employment law expertise to guide managers toward fair, pragmatic outcomes.

The role requires strong ER experience, the ability to coach stakeholders, and a CIPD qualification (Level 5+). The position is full-time with hybrid working up to two days from home.
