Quantity Surveyor – Capital Works & Refurbishments

Emponics is recruiting a Quantity Surveyor to manage capital works contracts in Cheltenham and the South Cotswolds, with potential Bristol-based options. The role focuses on tendering, estimating, and cost control for planned refurbishment projects across local authorities, delivering strong commercial outcomes.

You will work closely with the Contracts Manager, frequently visiting sites to measure progress, prepare valuations, and ensure cash flow and risk mitigation.
