Service Charge Accountant – Property Portfolio (Hybrid)

Randstad Construction & Property is seeking a Portfolio Accountant in Croydon to manage end-to-end service charge accounting for a property portfolio. You will work closely with Property Managers, clients and auditors in a hybrid setup with two days WFH post-probation.

The role requires experience as a Service Charge/Portfolio/Block Property Accountant and strong knowledge of RICS/ARMA rules, plus proficiency in Qube, Yardi or Tramps and MS Excel.
