Partner Designate/ Senior Accountant

The role

• Running a mixed portfolio of clients including meeting new clients, initial client contact, billing and WIP
• Accounts and tax services, business advisory work and any special interests you might have
• Reviewing work completed by junior members of the team, mentoring and feedback. You’ll also be responsible for completing some of the more complex or in-depth jobs
• Acting as first point of contact for clients and building ongoing client rapport, being able to identify other areas where you might be able to assist or serve your clients
• Working closely with the partners and the team to ensure that clients get the best service and advice
• Business development and networking
• Clearly defined route to Partnership

Your experience

• ACA/ACCA Qualified
• You will be commercially astute and enjoy business development and seeking out new opportunities
• Someone who is ambitious and keen to progress
• Be organised and technically strong
• Have a positive mindset, be enthusiastic, and keen to deliver a great service to clients
• You are a great communicator
• You have a strong practice background
• You are keen to progress and ensure a long and happy career, achieving partnership within a great firm
