Senior Accountant: Client Advisory & Autonomy

eps.recruitment is seeking an experienced Senior Accountant for a friendly practice in Aylesbury. You’ll manage a client portfolio across accounts, tax and advisory, with autonomy and direct access to managers and partners.

You’ll build strong client relationships, mentor junior staff, and spot tax planning opportunities while keeping deadlines and budgets on track. A UK practice background and ACA/ACCA or QBE are preferred.
