We are hiring Cutover Support consultant/Analyst (Checkpoint / Release / Contingency Plans / Governance)

Location : Hybrid 2-3 days in Knutsford Office

Responsibilities

• Proven experience leading large-scale Cutover and Release Management activities, ideally within the financial services sector or other highly regulated environments.
• Demonstrable experience in building complex, multi‑stage cutover plans and managing cross-functional technical teams during high-pressure events.
• Expertise in Contingency Planning and directing command and control structures.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with relevant project, change, and release management tools (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow).
• Strategy & Planning: Develop and own the end-to-end Cutover Strategy, defining high-level phases, resource requirements, and scheduling for complex transition events.
