Senior Palliative Care CNS — Community & Hospital (7‑Day)

The Band 6 Specialist Palliative Care Clinical Nurse Specialist works as an autonomous practitioner with a caseload of complex patients within a team structure. This is predominantly a community post, covering Basingstoke and surrounding areas, and the acute hospital weekend rota.

There is access to clinical expertise and oversight to enable the optimal care of our patients 7 days a week. The palliative care service operates over 7 days.
