Lead Positive Behavior Support Practitioner (Travel Role)

LDA Care Ltd is seeking a Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner to support adults with learning disabilities and autism in their own homes through domiciliary visits. The role requires travel and flexibility to meet individuals’ needs, with a salary of £40,000 per year.

You will develop personalised Positive Behaviour Support plans, work with families and carers, and provide training to staff while monitoring outcomes and reporting progress to stakeholders.
