Nursery Leader – Grow Quality & Team in Crouch End

Recruit by Nature is seeking an experienced Nursery Manager for a newly opened setting in Crouch End, North London. You will lead daily operations for a 95-place nursery, shape culture and systems, and drive quality, care and growth within the team.

You’ll embed EYFS practice, safeguard standards, recruit and coach staff, and manage staffing costs and occupancy targets. A full-time, on-site role with training and network support is offered.
