Community OT Band 6: Home Assessments & Team Lead

NELFT NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced Community Rehabilitation Occupational Therapist to join the Redbridge team. The role focuses on home-based assessments for housebound adults, exercising clinical judgement to develop person-centred care plans and supports independence.

You will work within a multidisciplinary team, liaise with health and social care colleagues, supervise Band 3 and 4 Rehabilitation Assistants, and participate in service improvement initiatives.
