Hybrid Clinical Team Lead, Talking Therapies

Norfolk and Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Team Leader to support the operational leadership of the Talking Therapies service, with a focus at Step 2 or Step 3. The role combines line management supervision with service development across Dereham and Norwich hubs.

You will work within a busy clinical environment, contribute to a data-led Place-based model, and attend multiple delivery sites as required to supervise staff and ensure accessible care.
