East Finchley-based children’s home is seeking a Registered Manager to lead the residential care team and oversee delivery of care plans, risk assessments and behavioural management plans for young people. You will ensure compliance with childcare legislation, Ofsted regulations and the 2015 Children’s Homes Regulations, promoting safeguarding and welfare.
