Site Continuous Improvement Lead | PMO & Change Advocate

Great Bear, part of the Culina Group, is seeking a confident Continuous Improvement Practitioner to lead the site CI plan and PMO activities. You will drive improvements in safety, quality, cost, and delivery while engaging colleagues in CI initiatives.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will support change activities on site, facilitate requirements gathering, and map processes with the Site Systems Super user and CI colleagues to sustain new practices.
