Senior Practitioner – People-Centred Social Care Leader

Herefordshire Council is seeking a dynamic Senior Practitioner to join the Herefordshire Community Wellbeing team on a permanent 37-hour contract. You will hold a small caseload and work as part of the locality management team to support performance and lead practice.

You must be registered with Social Work England, hold a Social Work qualification, and have at least three years post-qualified experience in Adult Social Care, with line management and supervision experience.
