Deputy Manager – Children’s Residential Care Leader

The Caldecott Foundation, near Lincoln, is seeking a Deputy Manager to lead a team of Residential Care Workers and ensure high-quality support for children in our care. You will oversee planning, monitoring and evaluating individual needs and act in the Registered Manager’s absence.
