Registered Manager – Adult LD Care Leader

Kisimul Group is seeking a Registered Manager for Adult Services to oversee our learning disabilities provision. You will report to the Area Manager and ensure the health, welfare and fulfilment of residents, while leading a care team to deliver high-quality, innovative support.

The role emphasises safeguarding, operational leadership, and development of care plans in partnership with external professionals and families to maximise independence for residents.
