Hybrid OT – Field-Based Return-to-Work Specialist

Optima Health, the UK’s leading occupational health provider, is seeking an Occupational Therapist to cover the South East region on a hybrid basis (home-based with clinic/site visits around Brighton and nearby areas).

You will conduct clinic/workplace assessments, advise on return‑to‑work strategies, and travel within the defined region, with remote admin tasks on non-travel days. A strong OT background and HCPC registration are essential.
