Careers Progression Team Lead – Guidance & Impact

Barking & Dagenham College is actively seeking a Careers Progression Team Leader to lead and coordinate the CEIAG service, delivering impartial careers guidance and progression support to students across all cohorts.

Reporting to the Director of Student Welfare & Support, you will build employer and higher education partnerships, ensure compliance with Gatsby Benchmarks and statutory guidance, and monitor destinations and progression outcomes.
