Deputy Manager – Trauma-Informed Children’s Home

The Caldecott Foundation is seeking a Deputy Manager to lead and support a team of Residential Care Workers, ensuring high-quality care for children in our residential setting in Smeeth. You will supervise planning, monitoring and evaluating each child’s needs, and be ready to step in during the Registered Manager’s absence.

We value compassion, resilience and a trauma-informed approach, with rota duties and driving Foundation vehicles as needed to support young people’s activities.
