Property Litigation Solicitor (1-6 PQE) | London

A well-regarded London law firm is seeking a Property Litigation Solicitor to join its growing team. The role would suit a solicitor with approximately 1-6 years’ PQE looking to take ownership of a varied caseload within a supportive and collaborative environment.

• Manage a diverse caseload involving housing litigation, community care, and public law matters

• Solid litigation experience, ideally with a background in housing law
• Good understanding of legal aid procedures and funding
• Knowledge of property law and related regulatory issues
• Ability to manage matters independently and maintain strong client relationships
• Experience in community care and/or public law would be advantageous but is not essential

• Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
• Approximately 1-6 years’ post-qualification experience
• LPC or equivalent recognised qualification
• Legal aid accreditation, or willingness to obtain it
