Bevan Brittan LLP is seeking a Solicitor or Associate to join their expanding Housing Management team. The firm provides legal services to registered housing providers, local authorities, the NHS, and universities. This role is based in Birmingham, Bristol, or Leeds with a hybrid working model.

Key Eligibility Criteria

• Qualified Solicitor or Associate.
• Previous experience acting for social landlords is preferred.
• Experience acting for housing associations is highly desirable.

Responsibilities & Scope of Work

• Advising social landlords on housing management issues including access injunctions, disrepair claims, and possession claims.
• Handling cases involving the Equality Act 2010 and the Mental Capacity Act 2005.
• Providing advice on leasehold management and service charge disputes.
• Managing client expectations and adhering to internal KPIs.
• Collaborating with team members across multiple office locations.
